Payment Options
Tickets must be purchased in advance. Payment for the June 25th Event can be made by either:
1) Mailing a personal check/money order/cashiers check - payable to Lynnwood High School Class of 1980 Reunion. Sorry - we cannot accept cash.

Classmates with Maiden or Different Last Names, and Guests - In order to prevent confusion with our classmates who use a different last name, please indicate your 1980 last name when you register above and place your order. The very last page of the PayPal form has a link, "Add Special Instructions To Seller." Please click on that link and type in your maiden name (or name shown in the yearbook). Also, be sure to include the name of your Guest in the Registration above and in the Special Instructions to Seller link if you are purchasing a Couples' Ticket.

Couples' Ticket $165.00
Our Reunion is being coordinated by the Class Reunion Committee. Everyone who attends shares the cost, and gets to enjoy all the benefits! All aspects of our reunion are covered in the pricing above, and your ticket prices include the following:
* Food, Tax & Gratuity
* Facility Rental
* Memory Book/CD
* Music
* Database Management (including finding those lost classmates!)
* Postage/Mailings
* Printing & Supplies, including Name Badges
* Decorations
* Event Staffing
* Publicity
* Web Site
Ticket Prices after May 15, 2010
After May 15, 2010, and at the door, ticket prices will be $105 for a single ticket, and $180 for a couples' ticket. Entrance to the event will be monitored all night. The earlier you purchase your tickets, the better the price!

Negotiated Hotel Room Rates
We have blocked out a limited amount of rooms for Friday June 25th 2010. 7 Deluxe King Rooms at $129.00 and 3 Deluxe Queen Rooms at $149.00 Individuals are responsible for making their own
reservations by calling 866-716-7162. Be sure to identify yourself as being with the "Lynnwood Class of 1980 Reunion" party. All Rooms are subject to standard Hotel policies - individuals must guarantee their room with a major credit card, and pay all applicable taxes, etc. Additional nights
(Shoulder Dates) are available for the date of Saturday June 26th 2010- check with the reservations desk for availability and for our discounted group rates.
Cancellation / Refund Policy for Reunion Meet & Greet Party
Refunds for cancellations will be considered after the June 25th event has ended, and all financial commitments made by the committee have been satisfied. Refunds can not be given if you cancel after June 4th 2010 - as the Reunion Committee Members are legally obligated to pay on a contracted catering agreement. Refund requests for hotel rooms are handled directly through the hotel.
Events For Saturday the 26th and Sunday the 27th
Online Registration and prepayment for these events is NOT required. When the details are finalized, you will be able to print a PDF Brochure from this page detailing the scheduled events
for these days.
Privacy Policy
The Class Reunion Committee respects everyone's right for privacy. We will NOT release any of your information to anyone, for whatever reason. If a fellow classmate requests your contact information from us, we will only release it AFTER we contact you and get your approval. During our search for missing or lost classmates, we will utilize available public records such as social networking sites as well as county or state public access records.
